1. Preparing to go on a Full time Mission
2. Temple Marriage
3. Other things that YSA facing now a days
That gathering was great, in our discussion, I learned that many want to serve in the Mission but they don't know where to start and what to prepare. Some want to get married in the Temple but they are afraid that they can't support there family because of economic situation of our country.
I am touch by what they have shared how the Lord bless his children who are willing to serve him. In that time I am not yet married and I share also in the group that in 2012 I have a goal to get married in the Temple and that's my goal.
And now I am married and happy. Right now I don't have Idea yet if they did achieve their individual goal, how are they doing. Hopefully that we will have again this kind of gathering that soon will be officially called an activity, I am so worried about my fellow YSA, if you ask me why? I had seen in the past that many did not serve in the mission, they became in active in the church, other married outside the covenant or Temple. Others lost their desire to serve God, but I do know that they have still their own testimony on the truthfulness of the Gospel. And someday in they will again go back in the way that the Lord prepared for them. They need to be understood than judgement. Love than hate, help them buy the word of God and encourage them to go back rather than persecuted them.
This verse is pertaining on the importance of Temple of the Lord.
“That thy glory may rest down upon thy people, and upon this thy house, … that it may be sanctified and consecrated to be holy, and that thy holy presence may be continually in this house;
“And that all people who shall enter upon the threshold of the Lord’s house may feel thy power, and feel constrained to acknowledge that thou hast sanctified it, and that it is thy house, a place of thy holiness.” (D&C 109:12–13.)
The only thing that I realized as a single adult that we all have a great part of the Plan of Salvation. To help our Father in Heaven build Zion his kingdom here on earth. We have a divine potential all of us in his Kingdom, there is always room for change and progression.
